Providing a valuable link between the Arabian Gulf region and the global medical community, The Harvard Medical School Dubai Center (HMSDC) Institute for Postgraduate Education and Research in Dubai was launched in 2004 as a joint effort between Partners Harvard Medical International and the Dubai Healthcare City. The centre's main aim is to foster the professional development of physicians, nurses, research scientists, and allied health professionals in Dubai, UAE, and the entire Gulf region.

Recognizing the need for allied health professionals of outstanding quality vital for holistic healthcare in the UAE, Haji Saeed Al Lootah established the Dubai Pharmacy College in 1992. The first of its kind in the Arabian Gulf region, the Dubai Pharmacy College is exclusively dedicated to educate aspiring Arab girls in the field of pharmacy sciences, and is fully accredited by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to award the First Degree in Pharmacy.

Committed to provide students with quality medical education to obtain an accredited degree of Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery in the U.A.E., the Dubai Medical College for Girls is the first private college in the country to award degrees in Medicine & Surgery. Educational pioneers in the Arabian Gulf States, the college offers women in the U.A.E. to serve their country in the medical field.
